The Alamo Regional Data Alliance presents a sprint demonstration as a scheduled opportunity to inspect what was just developed and adjust or reprioritize the backlog of user stories based on the feedback we get from our stakeholders. Demonstrations also offer opportunities for the public to add additional items for the backlog, suggest changes or improvements to the work product or identify if there are missing or wrong acceptance criteria for stories. The sprint demonstration is intentionally kept informal and is typically scheduled for one hour.

Demonstrations require access to the space for up to two hours, a stable internet connection, space for up to 10 members of the scrum team to present and a screen or wall to project the presentation. CI:Now will provide the laptop and the projector equipment if needed.
