The San Antonio Area Foundation‘s SALSA initiative has just released the 2022 Bexar County Healthy Aging Community Profile, a new report developed by CI:Now. The Profile is intended to provide a common set of current measures to inform the community’s work to improve the quality of life of Bexar County’s older adults. Where the data allows for it, the profile identifies those indicators for which the difference between Bexar County and Texas is statistically significant. Successful Aging and Living in San Antonio (SALSA) is a collective impact initiative created by the San Antonio Area Foundation to increase leadership, collaboration, and funding to ensure older adults have access to necessary services, information, and support systems.
