United Way of SA Community Conversations

CINow was invited to participate in United Way of San Antonio’s recent Community Conversation mini-conference on Data and Technology. As part of the event, CINow hosted a breakout session titled “Low-Cost/No-Cost Tools and Resources for Working with Data,” led by Natalia Rodriguez and Jeanette Parra.
The session introduced attendees to a wide range of accessible, budget-friendly tools for managing, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data. Whether participants were just beginning their data journey or brought more advanced skills, the session offered something for everyone, highlighting technical resources that support effective, equity-driven work without requiring major investments.
Feedback for the session was overwhelmingly positive, with a net promoter score of +76 based on 25 responses. This reflects strong enthusiasm and appreciation from attendees, the majority of whom rated the session a 9 or 10 out of 10.
We also shared a live list: a Google Doc handout listing the tools covered in the session. This list will continue to grow, and we encourage everyone to subscribe to our newsletter or check our website for future updates.
