We’re listening to folks who’ve gone through, or are currently going through, property tax foreclosure in Bexar County. If you’re 18+ and you’ve experienced this, we invite you to share your story in a small group with others who understand.
We’re only asking for an hour of your time and will provide refreshments and a $25 H-E-B gift card in appreciation for your time and wisdom. Dates and times are flexible, but we’re aiming for the month of March, either in person or virtually through Zoom.

ABOUT THE FOCUS GROUP: A focus group is a small group discussion led by a facilitator. ABOUT THE RESEARCH: Too many San Antonians lose their homes because of late or unpaid property tax payments — even when those homes have been in families for generations. We’re working to get hard numbers on how many folks have lost their homes, but it’s only stories from people like you that will help local leaders see why this happens and how we can prevent it.For additional information, read more about this project at https://cinow.info/reports/housing-data-insights/.
