On Wednesday, November 20th CINow had the privilege of attending and presenting our findings at the launch event for the report, a comprehensive study on nonprofit organizations’ collective scope, activities and economic and social impact in Bexar County and surrounding counties.
The launch event was hosted at the Whitley Event Center and presented in collaboration with the Greater San Antonio Chamber, The Nonprofit Council, Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas, and the San Antonio Area Foundation. Both nonprofit and business leaders gathered together for the release of the findings offering a unique opportunity for policymakers, nonprofit professionals, funders, and volunteers to engage with the data.
CINow teammates Jeremy Pyne and Natalia Rodriguez and SAAFdn’s Jane Paccione, guided event attendees through our preliminary findings for the report. This sparked meaningful discussions about how we can strengthen the nonprofit sector and enhance the overall well-being of our community.
