2025 Community Health Needs Assessments
Every three years, the Bexar County Health Collaborative partners with local hospitals, community organizations, and residents to complete the CHNA. The 2025 Bexar CHNA was released alongside assessments from surrounding counties—including Atascosa, Comal, Guadalupe, and Texas Hill Country communities—for a total of five CHNAs.
Housing Data Insights
We are working to understand how residential property ownership shapes housing affordability, neighborhood change, resident displacement, community stability, and related health and safety issues in Bexar County. For example, explore our work on who owns residential properties in San Antonio and how it affects housing challenges like displacement.
State of the Nonprofit Sector 2024
