The Bexar Data Dive is essential for anyone interested in understanding the health and economic factors affecting our communities. It equips our Public Health Camp students with the tools to extract local, relevant health data for their Capstone projects. Their presentations feature maps, tables, and other graphics that effectively highlight health disparities across different zip codes. This tool will continue to be invaluable as students advance in their educational and professional careers.

Additionally, the Institute for Integration of Medicine & Science (IIMS) at UT Health SA has made significant efforts to share this valuable resource with community members, faculty, and students. The data outputs are timely, relevant, user-friendly, and available in both English and Spanish, making them indispensable for our South Texas communities.
